I’ve been here for 2 years now and it’s been so much fun. I’ve gotten stronger than I ever thought I could and it’s been great finding out that even with working and school, there’s schedules/modifications that Coach Alex will make so I can still get in my workouts. I’ve done a powerlifting competition and I’m prepping for my next one as well as an oly competition.

Family Oriented

Love the family atmosphere and personalised goal oriented exercise programming. My 10 yr old son and I have been training there for 2 yrs now. Coach Alex has been great for all age groups in both bodybuilding and powerlifting. I have only seen him coach Oly lifting but I wouldn’t hesitate having him coach me or my son in that too.
